The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) has prepared a draft Annual Report as a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) for submittal to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) as required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Middle Rio Grande Watershed Based MS4 Permit (NMR04A000). A copy of the draft Annual Report is available for public review at the SSCAFCA office, 1041 Commercial Drive SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124 or by downloading from the links below.

Written comments should be directed to David Gatterman, Environmental Services Director, SSCAFCA, 1041 Commercial Dr. SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, or at dgatterman@sscafca.com.  Comments relating to the accuracy, completeness and appropriateness of the draft Annual Report will be considered in the preparation of the final Annual Report.  Please submit written comments prior to November 22, 2017.
