NMR04A000 The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) has prepared a draft Annual Report as a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) for submittal to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) as required by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Middle Rio Grande Watershed Based MS4 Permit (NMR04A000).
