On the brisk morning of December 17th, SSCAFCA held the ribbon cutting ceremony for the black arroyo. Students from Maggie Cordova Elementary joined the event crossing the newly installed pedestrian bridge over the arroyo. Along with providing safe arroyo passage, the Black Arroyo Wildlife Open Space Park is an asset for the community to enjoy.
