The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) requests qualification based competitive sealed proposals to provide On-Call Professional Services – Design & Construction Engineering. The solicitation documents, including scope of work, criteria for selection, and additional information, can be found below.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on September 6, 2023 at 10:00AM (Please note that the Pre-Proposal meeting time has changed to 10:00AM.) local time at SSCAFCA’s office building located at 1041 Commercial Drive SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. SSCAFCA will accept proposals until September 26, 2023 at 3:00PM local time at its office building. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
